I wish the English language had more interesting characters.



Awesome poster spotted over at I Love Typography. I’m admitedly a typography nut and I have the ability to spot and name more fonts than the average Joe. Anyway, this poster is pointing out the fact that we have no awesome characters in our language - mainly, characters with diacritics a.k.a. words like café or pokémon.

This poster was designed by Michael Ciancio and I’m wondering why he decided to make the very first letter break the red, black, green, yellow, blue pattern…
