Polaroid of the Future: The Tomy Xiao Camera Has A Built-In Printer!

The Tomy Xiao isn’t anything particularly special when it comes to specs (5 Megapixels with a 2.5 in. screen), but it’s driving factor is the built-in printer that holds up to 20 sheets of sticky-paper. It also has a paltry 16MB of internal memory, but it supports SD/SDHC memory cards and you can even wirelessly send pictures to the camera from any IrDA devices. The only thing that worries me about this camera is the fact that the ink isn’t replaceable and there’s no mention of how long it lasts on the site. Duh. Zink doesn’t need ink. I forgot that we live in the future.

The Xiao TIP-521 drops in Japan on November 28th. No clue if it’s coming to the U.S., but I’m pretty sure I want one.
