BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger by Arc System Works was easily one of the best fighting games to come out in 2009 and the series is finally making it’s debut on a Nintendo system. BlazBlue Battle X Battle will be available as a DSiWare download for 500 pts. in Japan some time in January. Unlike Calamity Trigger, Battle X Battle features ultra-cute big-headed versions of the BlazBlue characters, a simplified control scheme, and free-roaming battles (think Power Stone, Bushido Blade, Ehrgiz) that support up to 4 players.
You can check out a video here around the 37 minute mark.
Why can’t more amazing DSiWare announcements come along. I’m sick of calculators.
