Custom ChipMusic.org Game Boy by Thretris

To celebrate the recent launch of ChipMusic.org, chiptuner/console modder extraordinaire Thretris banged out this hot Game Boy complete with a Pro Sound Mod and custom lettering.

Strongly considering making an Albotas Game Boy.

  • There's a cool place in my area that always has game Boys in stock. He used to sell 'em cheap, but chiptuners started coming around from all over so he bumped the prices up to $15 which is still good.

    I also have a few Mega Drives that I was thinking about customizing! I've never even hooked them up! Some dude just gave them to me when I was working at a game store because we couldn't trade them in.

    What I'd REALLY like to see is a custom Power Glove.

    that custom gameboy is absolutely sweet as!!! I keep looking on ebay to get myself one to do up, im wondering how easy a megadrive (genesis) would be to do as i have a few of those haha

    You should totally do an Albotas one dude!! It would look amazing in the site colours with the Sprite style octopus and lettering! :D
