What is ALBOTAS?
ALBOTAS stands for A Little Bit On The Awesome Side. It’s also a spin on a Spanish word which means to stir or to mix things up. ALBOTAS is also a web site that specializes is bringing you the latest in gadgets, video games, designer toys, comics, movies, art, otaku culture, and anything else awesome.

ALBOTAS is comprised of a team of aficionados of all things awesome. We are a group of people inspired by technology, design, culture, and everything under the radar.

I’m the 24 year old, 2-time design school dropout responsible for this mess of a site (with LOADS of help from my good friend Eddie). I consider myself a jack of all trades; I’ve dabbled in the music scene, dabbled in fine art, dabbled in comics, dabbled in film making, dabbled in graffiti, and now I spend most of my time dabbling in the internets. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always excelled at one thing: telling people about awesome stuff. This site is my way of sharing awesome stuff with the rest of the world. Hopefully you pass the awesomeness along to others.

I originally got involved with Albotas by just having a domain available. Robby said he was starting up a T-Shirt company and mentioned they wanted to get a site going, I had a domain, Albotas.com was born. At first I had nothing to do with it at all, as time went on I helped here and there with website coding, then jumped on board with the T-Shirt idea. So, we had a site up but nothing on it because we couldn’t afford to get shirts to be made, so we filled the dead space with local and random news. Fast forward a few months later and our full fledged blogging consumed the internet in all it’s glory.
I’m a big gamer across all platforms and have been involved with the modding community for games like Half-Life and Unreal since it’s started. Oh yeah, I’m a loose leaf tea connoisseur.
