Each month, Kaiyodo puts out a new super-articulated toy for its Yamaguchi series, usually based on a giant robot. Hit the link to find out what’s available today and what’s coming out in the next few months.

This month you can buy a new Gurren Lagann figure, which comes complete with giant drill. The older Gurren Lagann figures are going for a buttload of money these days. So if you’ve missed out before and don’t want to pay eBay tax, pick this one up.

Next month the third and (probably) final Jehuty figure will be released. The Zone of the Enders orbital frame comes with a ton of accessories and the massive Vector Cannon. I’m almost kicking myself for picking up the first Jehuty because this one’s so awesome. But then again, how was I supposed to know Kaiyodo would go Kojima-crazy?

You can also get this totally sweet dragon in July. It, and its red variant, come from Capcom’s Monster Hunter series. It has a huge 285mm wingspan. And according to Kaiyodo, it “may exhert a significant action.” Intense!

August will see the release of Vox Aura. I’m not going to lie. I have had no idea what this figure was from until I hit up Wikipedia. Apparently there’s a recent anime series called Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne. The series’ robot is super agile and is ale to transform. So if you prefer agile to brutal, go for this one at the end of the summer.
