Rockstar Games filed a Trademark infringement suit today against BBC London, via its parent company Take-Two Interactive, regarding the broadcaster’s impending program Game Changer.

Game Changer is a docudrama, starring Daniel Radcliffe and Bill Paxton as Rockstar Games President Sam Houser and the overt critic of the GTA franchise, attorney Jack Thompson, which focuses on the heavy conflict between the two.

Upon the initial announcement in March, it was assumed the network had Rockstar’s blessing, apparently, it did not. Per IGN, Rockstar has claims no involvement in the project and confirms said suit. The gaming company also says to have actively sought a resolution to no avail and must now work to protect its intellectual property.
