Executive Editor & Senior Vice President of DC’s Vertigo Imprint Steps Down Karen Berger has been the Editor and Senior Vice President of DC Entertainment’s Vertigo imprint for nearly 20 years, and today is the day she is choosing to step down. She will be leaving in March 2013 to ensure new leadership is well transitioned.  Comic Book Resources notes that Vertigo has published nearly 300 new literary properties during the last 20 years, but Berger says she is ready for a professional change and pursuing new opportunities.
