Fantastic Video Essay on Style and Scott Pilgrim
From Drew Morton comes a fantastic video essay on the concept of remediation that uses Scott Pilgrim, among other media, to explore the connection of games, film and other mediums.
This video essay is fantastic. After studying remediation for a long time during a video game class a few semesters ago, I can honestly say that this is the best source that sums up what remediation and how media is all connected for those who want to get into the subject.
