His Isshu Pokédex number is #000 (oooh,mysterious!) and the only way to get him is by getting the Liberty Ticket item which will be distributed in Japan from Sept. 18 to Oct. 18. Remember back in the day when legendaries looked badass? Not that there’s anything wrong with this little dude. Just sayin’. Also, his torso region looks like a cock and balls.
