Here’s a cool little t-shirt design by artist Robert Retiano featuring classic characters that have survived the 8-bit era of gaming as Marvel’s Avengers. There’s Donkey Kong as the Incredible Hulk, Link as Captain America, Mega Man as Iron Man, and Mario as Thor.
What oldschool video game characters would be Black Widow and Hawkeye?
DAILY GRAFFITI: SHY GUY EDITION
Just some Shy Guys carrying some well-known gaming trinkets including a Mega Man 1-up. This is actually pretty amazing. And look how tired the one in the front is. Bitch, you ain’t even carrying anything!

Mega Man x Kidrobot Mini Figure Series
Kidrobot will be following up their successful Street Fighter line with a Mega Man series. No photos have been revealed yet, but my wild guess is that most of the toys will be a standard Mega Man sculpt with different colorways representing the different power-ups, like the palette swaps in the games.
This is pretty cool since the Munny platform already lends itself well to Mega Man’s design. I think for a lot of kids who grew up in the ’80s and then found out about customizing Munnys, their first idea was to do a Mega Man piece.
Capcom Price Drops on iOS Titles
Following on the theme of holiday deals, Capcom has revealed some Thanksgiving sales for mobile devices. iOS is seeing Mega Man X and Devil May Cry 4 Refrain drop from $5 to a price of just $1. Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright Trilogy HD is also on sale, dropping from $17 to $5.
I bought Mega Man X, despite hearing horrible reviews about its port over to the iOS, and Devil May Cry 4 Refrain isn’t too great either. Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright Trilogy HD seems pretty on point though, according to numerous reliable sources. Definitely recommend Ace Attorney for those wanting a new franchise to dig into or just something to revisit.
Robot Masters Custom Light-Up NES
Console customizers Platinumfungi and Custom NES Guy whipped up this ballin’ backlit NES to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Mega Man. It features a sexy blue color scheme with Mega Man’s adorable 8-bit mug on the controllers and lid (and those blue buttons tho!), but the standout feature is the display of robot masters - and they light up!

Mega Man Stop-Motion Animation Done Completely With Glass Tiles
This amazing stop-motion video was created by YouTube user FinalCutKing, who used over 1,000 glass tiles and 10,000 photos to make this two-minute video. It’s a cool video and an amazing feat to put such time and effort into this project for the love of Mega Man and film making. Definitely holds charm.

Licensed Mega Man Board Game, Coming Soon
Mega Man The Board Game is currently being created by Jasco Games, with permission from Capcom. Totally cool idea, but it needs some help in terms of funding, so its turning to Kickstarter to help pitch in some cash.
They ultimately want to finish this base game and release expansions, but for now, the original game needs to be finish, and from what I’ve read, the original game sounds like a blast. Two to five players will use little Mega Man figurines and a customizable card deck to find Dr. Willy and kick his ass, while expansions hope to bring that player count all the way up to eight, along with adding more weaponry, levels, and characters further down the line.
No official date on when this Kickstarter will launch, other than the “coming soon,” message left on Jasco’s official Facebook page.

Man’s Best Friend - Video Game Pets In real World Photos
Because cheesy stock photos of people with perfect lives could always use more 8-bit dogs from retro video games. This was done by Glauber Tanaka who has more real world mashups including everything from the Simpsons to Donkey Kong over on his Behance page.

D-Arts’ Mega Man Ultimate Armor figure
D-Arts has some of the coolest toys ever created, and this one really showcases that to the fullest extent. Capcom revealed that this Mega Man X figure, equipped with ultimate armor, will come with swappable hands/mega buster, terrific articulation D-Arts is known for creating, and full fucking detail. Unfortunately, the company did not reveal how much this is going to cost and if it’s going to be sold outside of Japan.
