If you have a copy of LittleBig Planet, some free time, and wouldn’t mind scoring a free PSP Go, you have until midnight tonight to enter Geekadelphia.com’s LittleBig Philadelphia contest. Just make a Philly-themed LBP level, record a playthrough, upload it to youtube or your favorite video embedding site, and send it to geekadelphia@gmail.com.
The grand prize winner gets a PSP Go with a $50 PSN card and 2 runners-up will each score a copy of LBP: Game of the Year Edition along with a $25 PSN card.
A little birdie tells me that there’s not too many entries at the moment, so if you enter, there’s a good chance you might win. Get to it, slackers!
Goodbye Galaxy Games are giving away a free limited boxed copy of their DSiWare game Flipper along with 2000 Nintendo Points.
All you have to do is follow Goodbye Galaxy Games on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/HugoSmits, then put together the above papercraft diorama. You can download the template right here, then print & fold it, then take a fresh picture of it. You can include anything in the picture you want, but the papercraft MUST be in the picture. Put your toys on it. Photoshop an epic robot battle on it (yes, that’s totally allowed!), just get creative! Then just send an email to contest@flippergame.com with your Twitter profile name and one lucky winner will be picked.
The contest ends Friday 12 March 2010, so hurry the eff up and get to it, you slackers!
So, a DHL van pulled up in front of Albotas Headquarters yesterday and dropped off a bag full of packages. There were 5 packages in total and each package contained a complete set of a certain designer toy series, but unlike the version available in stores, these packages contain an über rare edition of the figures in a special colorway only available through special promotions like this one.
Hit the jump to see what 60 Gunmetal Edition Little Trickers look like scattered across my dining room floor.
The kind folks over at Filter Creative Group were awesome enough to team up with yours truly here at Albotas.com to give away a righteous Yo Gaba Gabba! prize pack consisting of a way sexy DJ Lance Rock t-shirt and a copy of the album Yo Gabba Gabba! Music is Awesome! which has songs from bands like The Roots, The Shins, Of Montreal, and Chromeo.
Pretty freakin’ rad, right? I know!
All you have to do is leave a comment on this post and you have a chance to win the stuff pictured above! The contest deadline is 11:59pm EST on Tuesday, December 8th. *UPDATE: THIS CONTEST HAS ENDED. THE WINNER WAS ANNOUNCED HERE. THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR PLAYING!*
The retail version of Marvel vs Capcom 2 for the PS3 just came out, and while it didn’t have the soundtrack, art book, or 2000 Capcom Unity points that were rumored to be included, it does come with a free month of Marvel Digital Comics ($9.99 value) and a cool case that’ll make all your gamer friends jealous. Not bad for costing just as much as the PSN version.
This retail version is limited to just 15,000 copies and I’m giving one away. There’s 4 different ways to enter giving you up to 4 chances to win.
Leave a comment on this post. That’s it. Simple, huh? Be sure to fill in your email address so that I can notify you if you win. (One comment counts as one entry. Only one comment counts.)
