Remember that Star Wars burlesque show that took place a while ago? Well, someone liked the Storm Trooper chick enough to get her tattooed on their arm. Can’t really blame them for wanting to be able to look at that awesome pair of… um… finely crafted armor all day.

On Saturday, February 13th, over 100 wannabe Jedi and Sith stormed Cabot Circus, a shopping mall in Bristol, England. The crazy part is, this whole thing was organized through Facebook.
This is probably the largest lightaber fight in history and it’s even more awesome because everyone else in the mall had no clue what they were about to witness when they woke up that morning.

The dudes and dudettes from FancyPantsGangsters just put out some fun new geey shirts. My favorite is the R2D2 Cage Unit tee pictured above, but there’s also the foreboding apocalyptic Sara Palin shirt and a cool beer-drinkin’ Witchblade by Rick Basaldua from Top Cow Comics.
Currently obsessed with this cool little Empire Strikes Back Generator. It randomly generates an image of your name based on the Topps “Empire Strikes Back” stickers from back in the day.
It’s a fun way to pass the time and make cool logos for your website, name, or just type out childish crude phrases like I did.
Does anybody remember the slice of gum that came with Topps cards back in the day? I could totally go for some of that right now.
Adidias is set to drop a new line of Star Wars kicks later this year and it’s safe to say they look fresh as fuck. Those orange Rebel Alliance hi tops are so sick!
Adidas did a previous Star Wars line and they ran from about $80 – $90 in price. Hopefully these are the same or less.
I’ve already seen a Lego version of an NES console, but that thing was tiny. This Lego NES cartridge by Flynn2000 is a real-deal-Holyfield, life-size replica.
Here’s a comparison:
Now somebody just needs to make a life-size Lego NES for this thing to nestle in.

Although I don’t wear fitteds (they make my head look funnier than usual), I can appreciate a good-looking fitted when I see it. These Star Wars fitteds are good, but not in a people-should-totally-wear-these sort of way, more of a these-would-look-good-sitting-on-a-shelf-or-something sort of way.
The Chewie one’s just ridiculous.
Thanks to SharpSHOEter for tweeting this towards my general direction.
To coincide with the release of the latest Clone Wars episode “Brain Invaders”, which involved the clones and a Jedi becoming zombies, the Star Wars guys did a zombie theme for this week.
The above two are my favorites, but I kind of wish the typography on the Return of the Jedi poster was a little more rough and dirty to match the rest of the art.
Brock Davis aka “Laser Bread” has broken down iconic imagery from classic video games into basic shapes and colors for some pretty striking results. In case you’re not quite as geeky as you thought, the above image is Brock’s take on Dig Dug.
This awesomely random mural featuring Animal Crossing, Yoda, and Batman among other things was sent in by loyal Albotian, Don Schwabs aka the dude who did the Scribblenauts Munny.
While looking for a toy store in a part of town I rarely visit, I got lost and turned down a back lane to double back the way I came. I got an awesome surprise when I spotted this mural on the back of a bicycle shop of all places. I love Animal Crossing, so I ended up coming back with my camera to take a couple of pics and merge into the one mural.
Thanks a bunch, dude! You should get lost more often so you can find more awesome stuff!

This is what happens when you combine one of the most iconic villains in cinema history with one of the most iconic band logos in all of rock and roll. This sweet wheatpaste was spotted by Paul McDonald.
