Twitter user seanrsonitweeted me this pic of a Famitsu scan showing some unannounced characters for Super Street Fighter IV. I immediately rushed over to my friend Google to see if I could find any more info, and sure enough, Kotoku has the same image and these two screenshots…
Man, got all stoked thinking I scored my first exclusive leak, but it’s still some pretty cool news.
Capcom recently announce that a new Super Street Fighter IVanime directed by Fumitomo Kizaki (Basilisk) at the Gonzo anime studio will be bundled with the Super Street Fighter IV game as a Japanese Xbox 360 exclusive.
Check out the trailer below.
This looks way better than the anime that was bundled with last year’s SFIV and further cements Juri as my new favorite character. Sorry, Akuma, you’re just not sexy enough.
Capcom also announced a live action movie based on Dead Rising. Check the trailer and more details after the jump.
This statue featuring Juri from the upcoming Super Street Fighter IV has some exquisite details, right down to the curves of her cameltoe. Proceed with caution.
When Capcom announced Super Street Fighter IV, they also announced a new character: Juri, a Taekwondo master who just so happens to be the first ever Street Fighter character from Korea.
In case you were wondering what parts of the world other street fighters came from, GamesRadar made the above wallpaper using sprites from Fighters Generation.
Dear GamesRadar, plz make this a print so I can hang it in my living room. Thx.
This new trailer for Super Street Fighter IV features loads of gameplay footage and gives us a look at some of the new character’s ultras, or they could be supers, I really can’t tell. I’m most excited for Juri. Here moves look ridiculous and that super/ultra thingie she pulls off at the end is just insane. Can’t wait.

If screenshots and a teaser didn’t give you a nerd boner, then here’s some actual gameplay footage of Super Street Fighter IV featuring T-Hawk and Juri, the bad-ass new chick who might wind up being my new main.
We probably won’t see this game until next spring, but that just gives us more time to spend with non-super Street Fighter IV. There’s also a rumor that bonus rounds are gonna’ make a comeback. Good, because I can’t wait to beat the hell out of some cars.
This is a lot like the teaser for the original SFIV, but instead of looking like a moving painting, it looks more like a moving colored pencil sketch. Bummer. I like the splattering paint effect much more.

After plenty of rumors and speculation, Capcom has finally made the official announcement that Super Street Fighter IV exists. If you already own SFIV and were hoping that this SSFIV would just be a quick download, tough luck. The new enhancements are too big for DLC, so instead, Capcom will be releasing the game at a reduced price.
Anyone else thinks this is a bit too soon? I mean, Street Fighter IV hasn’t even been out for a whole year yet.
