Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark Film On the Way
This is some news I wasn’t expecting at all. The 80’s/90’s horror book, Scary Stories To Tell in the Dark, will be converted into film soon. CBS Films has accepted a pitch by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, the two writers responsible for Saw.
No word on who will direct, which of the stories will be included in the film, or really anything else right now, but this is exciting news, nonetheless.

Daily Graffiti: Alf’s Back. In Graffiti Form!
Remember Alf, though? That dude was my jumpoff when I was a little kid. I even had a plush Alf puppet that I got in a Burger King kid’s meal or some junk. My mom ran it through the washing machine and his fur came out looking like sheep wool. I pretty much hated my her for like a whole week afterward.

Krang Painted On A Preggo Chick’s Belly
That evil brain thing from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles looks way less intimidating on this chick’s baby-case. I hope they name the kid after one of the four turtles when it hatches.

A Little Bit On The Video Games In Real Life Side: German photographer Patrick Runte's “Jump 'N' Run” project shows us what classic games from the 80's might look like in real life.

A Little Bit On The Perfect Strangers Side: Someone actually made a video game based on the hit 80’s sitcom Perfect Strangers. It’s awesome, can be completed in a little over a minute, and the song is catchy as whoa. Go play it now!!!
I seriously feel bad for anyone who’s never seen this show.

A Little Bit On The Power Glove Side: Man, the Power Glove was freaking complicated. Just check out this official Mattel Power Glove training video that shows how ridiculous it was to something as simple as navigate a game’s menu. So many button combinations! And did anyone else feel like they were watching a recruitment video for a religious cult when they started talking about The Steps of Power?

BTW, who else super thirsty for Hi-C after watching that?

[Thanks to Aaron for sending this our way! You’re so bad!]

A Little Bit On The Back to the Future Side: Check out the making of Mattel’s Back to the Future hoverboard prop replica. Seriously debating dropping $120 for one of these.

Thanks to Jaxx for the tip!

A Little Bit On The Hoverboard Side: Those Back To The Future hoverboard replicas we told you about are officially up for pre-order! They’re $120 each and even come with a tiny version for 6-inch action figures. Get.

Daily Graffiti: Gremlins and 8-bit letters. An 80’s movie reference and gaming typography in street art form? Heck yes!

A Little Bit On The Garbage Pail Kids Side: Streetwear label The Hundreds and The Garbage Pail Kids have teamed up for a capsule collection of tees, sweatshirts, hats, and keychains dropping December 15th.

I collected the SHIT out of Garbage Pail kids cards back in the day - I even watched the living daylights out of their weird-ass movie! Needless to say, I’m stoked for this and totally need that Bloggy Bobby tee.

I Did a Search for “vinyl toy” on deviantART and THIS is What Came Up
Why does this girl look like she’s from the 80’s?
Where do you even GET a Transformer that size?
Why is she nekkid?
Why is she holding his hand and gazing up at him longingly?

Should human-on-robot relations be accepted in this new age that we live in?
Do you think HoR relations will be the new “gays” and fight for their own marriage rights in the future?
Here’s a description of the photo written by the girl herself, known on deviantART as Adorkable-One:
I have always loved Ultra Magnus since first glance, he is a strong yet humble character. Born to be a leader but rather fight beside the ones he admires as a Soldier to protect us all. My love for him has grown over the years in the form of a figure collection and as of right now this is my crowning glory. This picture represents the second ‘man’ in my life, my secret love affair to an Autobot named Ultra Magnus
The internet is weird.

Even the Foot needs to go grocery shopping. They’re just like us!  And holy geez, Krang looks stoked.
