A Little Bit On The Mutant Fashion Side: The tag team of Kevin Wada and Max Wittert continue to release their X-Men costume redesigns. For this set, Wada did X-23, Magma, Cyclops, and Chamber. Wittert did Gambit, Madelyne Pryor, Namor, and Wolfsbane. You can see their previous illustrations HERE, HERE, and HERE.

Anjin Anhut was inspired by X-Men: First Class to redesign the original five mutant team of Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Beast, Angel, and Iceman.

X-Men vs. Street Fighter: First Clash

Pe-u’s latest series takes it back to X-Men vs. Street Fighter. While the Street Fighter characters in the game were of the younger, Alpha-era designs, the X-Men’s designs were more contemporary. Pe-u remedies that by using Storm and Cyclops’s classic Cockrum/Byrne-era costumes.

Gone Rogue

Here is Frank Cho’s cover to the upcoming issue of X-Men: Schism #2, set to come out in July. After runs on Spider-Man, Shanna the She-Devil, and The Avengers, I’m glad he’s finally getting a shot at Marvel’s premiere mutant team with his interior art, which you can see HERE. Alright, now I’m off to go see X-Men: First Class for myself.
