The Warcraft Film Finds It’s Director It’s being reported that Moon and Source Code creator Duncan Jones is taking on the Warcraft film based in the Warcraft mythos. This is great news as Duncan Jones is seemingly one of the brightest new directors in Hollywood. Blizzard Announces Mists of Pandaria As Next WoW Expansion

A year ago or so I would have been mega excited about this, as I was still an avid WoW player. Anyways, I’m sure there might be some of you out there that were waiting for this. I personally had been hoping Pandaren would have come out back when they first announced Burning Crusade, but we can’t always get what we want.

Here are some of the new features in this expansion:

  • Level cap raised to 90
  • New playable race Pandaren that can be played on either faction.
  • New class for Pandaren: Monk
  • A new pet battle system
  • Access to the continent of Pandaria
  • PvE Scenarios
  • More Horde vs. Alliance PvP
  • New talent system

Also announced today at Blizzcon was the fact that if you purchase a year subscription to World of Warcraft (around $150) you would receive Diablo 3 for free, along with guaranteed access into the beta for Mists of Pandaria.
