Our longtime amigo Erick Scarecrow has teamed up with Dennaton Games and Devolver Digital for what could be his biggest release to date - a figure based on Jacket, the protagonist in the video game cult sensation Hotline Miami.
"OH MAN, I SHOT MARVIN IN THE FACE!"
Vincent and Jules were just on a routine pickup for their boss when, suddenly, their plans were thwarted by Marvin. Luckily, The Wolf came in for backup. The day was saved and Bonnie was none the wiser.

No, the above image is NOT a screen cap from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. It’s an action figure.
S.H.Figuarts Yellow Ranger Coming in June
The final entry into S.H.Figuarts’ Power Rangers / Zyuranger series will launch this June. Oddly enough, the above image is of the Japanese figure and it has boobies. The Japanese Yellow Ranger (the Tiger Ranger) was a dude, unlike in the westernized version.
Super Realistic Wolverine Action Figure From Hot Toys
This 1/6 scale Wolverine figure from Hot Toys is based on Hugh Jackman’s portrayal of the character, comes with 5 different pairs of hands including both bone and metal claws, two outfits (I’m calling one Mad Max and the other Sexy Time), and an engraved metal Japanese sword.
No price or release date yet, but this thing is crazy. More pics after the jump.
Custom Steampunk Link Action Figure
From the artist:
I wanted to make a futuristic Link, but still keep some of the classic things that we all know about him. I also wanted to have a fun way for him to carry all of his inventory. Can you count how many items are on there? I count 55, but I may be one or two off. For “Epona”, I used a Wreck it Ralph Hero’s Duty figure. The Link is a figure that I got off of eBay, and the accessories were parts from my parts bin and some things I ordered. This wasn’t a long build, but it was parts intensive, so ended up being a bit more expensive than I wanted. This figures stands about 6 inches tall.

The Greatest Michael Jordan Action Figure Of All Time
The action figure artisans over at Fool’s Paradise will be opening pre-orders for their handmade “Floating Bull" figure on June 1 at 12:00am (HK time). If action figure versions of the dudes from Daft Punk got it on with an action figure version of Michael Jordan, this would be the baby.
Shipping this October, only fifty of these exist in the whole wide world and they’re being sold for $599 (yikes!), but, like most Fool’s Paradise releases, this is likely to sell out quick and go for crazy eBay prices, so if you REALLY want one, don’t sleep on it.
The Secret Life of Action Figures
We’ve all seen clever action figure photography floating around the internet at some point, but this series, titled 1:1 Toys, by Daniel Picard is some top tier God Mode level craziness.
Check out more in the embedded gallery below.
I’ve paid actual money for action figures that aren’t nearly as cool as these.
Action Figures Fucking 2013 Calendars
Some guy named Vince Kramer has created a calendar of action figures fucking each other. Because 2013 needed a thing like this, I suppose. Kramer took photos of a bunch of action figures in various sex positions and put them together to make one raunchy plastic calendar.
From Kramer’s official WordPress:
Keep track of your days with hot and hardcore pornographic action figure action! Whether it’s Luke Skywalker getting fucked in the ass, He-Man giving Skeletor a blowjob, or Princess Leia being gang-raped by Ewoks; you’ll NEVER forget an important date again! Order one of my HOT Action Figures Fucking Calendars now for only $25.00 dollars (including shipping and handling) while supplies last! That’s a deal you can’t get anywhere else, just like these calendars!
I feel somewhat uncomfortable posting about this now. Erm…More info can be found at Kramer’s site on how to order them, as well as specs for the actual calendar.

Gunbuster Chogokin Figure
Revoltech released a Gunbuster figure last year. And it was about time. After nearly 25 years since the anime premiered, there still weren’t many quality figures based on the series’ giant robot. Now Bandai are adding Gunbuster to their Super Robot Chogokin line. The 6” figure will be released in March for $74.

Obscenely Awesome Mazinger Z Chogokin Figure
OMFG. Look at this thing. It’s like the giant robot equivalent of Kaws’ Dissected Companion. The super accurate recreation from the original Mazinger series comes with a bunch of LEDs and full size docking bay. It’s almost a foot tall. For the $440 price tag, I was hoping for something more like three feet. It’s still awesome and I still want one though.
25th Anniversary Mega Man Figure
To celebrate the 25th Mega Manniversary, D-Arts have created this awesome box set of Mega Man figures. $45 will get you all three figures - Mega Man, Rush, and Met. But wait there’s more! The set comes with a ton of accessories like shot effects, extra appendages, and an extra face. This won’t be released until February, but you can already pre-order it.
Quite Possibly The Coolest Batman Action Figure Ever
This is the limited edition Super Alloy “Batman by Jim Lee” figure from Play Imaginative. Standing in at approximately 12-inches, this beast has 50 points of articulation including fully articulate hands and fingers, die-cast metal torso, arms, and legs, magnets embedded in the feet so that it can be posed on the included dragon gargoyle base, removable cape, Batarang and grappling gun accessories, and the face even has skin-like texture.
This kind of fancy-pants hotness comes at a price, though: $270! Pre-orders are open from now until October 8. Check out Play Imaginative for more pics and info.
