Pretty Damn Rad Batgirl Cosplay
I’m hardly ever impressed by cosplayers in general, but this is too great for me not to share. This Batgirl costume used by cosplayer Knightess Rouge is terrific! Check out her Deviant Art for a preview of her upcoming retro Batgirl outfit, as well as other cosplays by Knightess on her Facebook.

A Little Bit On The Super Best Friends Forever Side: Here’s a first look at the all new series from Lauren Faust (creator of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) starring Supergirl, Wonder Girl, and Batgirl. It airs Saturday at 10am on Cartoon Network.
Is it just me, or is Cartoon Network beginning to trump Nickelodeon in its prime?
A Little Bit On The Super Best Friends Forever Side: The latest issue of TV Guide shows how Cartoon Network’s upcoming DC Nation animation block is looking to be quite the powerhouse. In addition to Young Justice and Green Lantern: The Animated Series, there will also be animated shorts of Super Best Friends Forever by My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic creator Lauren Faust. Each minute long short will feature Batgirl, Supergirl, and the Donna Troy version of Wonder Girl. It premieres on March 3rd.

Um, so yea… this guy has kind of a lot of superheroes tattooed on his chest.
Kind of inspired to wear red suspenders + no shirt via this dude’s fresh style. Might get my own chesty, but instead of oldschool Teen Titans, maybe I’ll go with something a bit more current like Marvel’s Runaways. Or I could be super-alt and get Scott Pilgrim, but Scott Pilgrim’s kinda’ mainstream now, so maybe I’ll find some older, more obscure comic to jock and pretend I’ve liked it since the beginning so that my chesty has a more “personal meaning” or whatever.
Kinda’ wish my nipples were as rad as this dudes.
It’s that time again! For this week’s Tumblr Tuesday, we are HIGHLY recommending that you check out the oh-so-adorable Betty Felon and her blog Fashion Tips from Comic Strips. Not only is she super-duper cute, but she’s also totally geeky, and makes her own clothes & cosplay!
This girl as one hell of a fashion sense and she manages to wear her geek pride on her sleeve (literally!) while still looking fashionably hip.
And if she looks familiar, it’s because we totally featured on Albotas before for her radical Snorlax dress. Our post wound up going viral and making the front page of sites like Buzzfeed and even Kotaku!
Her blog Fashion Tips From Comic Strips can best be summed up by the following post:
Dick disguises himself as a middle-aged man and Babs finds it attractive…
Goddamnit, you two - stop exhibiting bad taste in this issue.
You’re supposed to be my go-to hero-fashion muses.
On a side note, I really ought to devote an entire day to showcasing Barbara Gordon’s hair.
