Speaking of Brisk, their animated Darth Maul vs Yoda spot makes its TV debut this Sunday during Fox’s Animation Domination block which starts at 8/7c. Keep those eyeballs peeled. In the meantime, I’ll be wandering my neighborhood pantsless, wearing the above t-shirt and headphones while swinging my new lightsaber at strangers.

Green Lantern x Brisk Iced Tea.
Comic artist Kenneth Rocafort designed the art for the all-new Brisk Green Tea with Mango Dragonfruit. For a limited time, the art will feature The Green Lantern. After the promotional campaign is over, the cans will feature some fantasy comic inspired work, also by Rocafort.
There’s also a sweet little contest over at anyonecanbechosen.com where you can win a custom Green Lantern Xbox 360 and a chance to be a future Green Lantern production.
Anyone taste this new flavor yet? It sounds like a million different flavors and it has the word “dragon” in it which leads me to believe it’ll give me superpowers.

We teased this a little earlier in the week and it’s part of the reason the Mekanism ad agency flew me to New York for a weekend. Now you can enjoy a claymation Marshall Mathers doing his first ever endorsement deal.
Which one do you guys think is better: this one or the Machete one?
[Exclusive] First Look At Eminem’s Superbowl Commercial.
In Eminem’s entire career, he’s never once done an endorsement deal for any company. What changed his mind? Probably the fact that he was given creative freedom, came up with the idea for the main ad, and is even working on a music program for the campaign.
But most importantly, he’ll be in claymation (okay, technically they’re puppets, not clay), joining the ranks of Danny fucking Trejo! Think what you will Eminem as a rapper or whatever (personally, not my cuppa’ tea), but whenever an anti-endorsement celeb winds up doing endorsements, it’s either because they’re rad, or the celeb’s just running out of money. If the Danny Trejo Brisk commercial is any indication, then Em’s spot shouldn’t be too bad.
Next they just need to do Danny Trejo versus Eminem, Celebrity Deathmatch style. I think we all know who’d win.

So for those who don’t follow me on Twitter (@brownkidd you should totally follow me) the Mekanism ad agency recently contacted me about covering their new campaign for Brisk (the drink, duh!) on Albotas. At first o thought the idea was whack until I saw the Machete Brisk commercial in all its hand-washy glory.
So I’ll be staying in NY until Saturday to cover all sorts of claymation and canned iced tea brujaja (brew-ha-ha… cuz it’s tea!)
