Action Figures Made Entirely From Twisty Ties
I’ve paid actual money for action figures that aren’t nearly as cool as these.

I’m not one for Valentine’s day cards (Or any cards for that matter, except Yu-gi-Oh and Pokemon at one point.) but I have to admit, these cards from Paperwheel are pretty cute.
On top of that, they are really nicely designed. I love the texture to the cards. They also do other card designs, all of which feature the great textured look. They are simple and beautiful.
I wonder if they do business cards…

In the world of Adventure Time, the Enchiridion is a sacred handbook for heroes, filled with all kinds of useful info like how to harness the magical healing properties of cyclops tears and how to kiss princesses. It can also rip wormholes through the multiverse leading to the total annihilation of all existence, but that’s a whole other thing.
HarryDumitrescu made this Enchiridion iPad cover using fake leather, a Molotow pen, and clear finish. Check out the WIP pics here.

These custom carts by 3liter are pretty awesome, but it would have been a blajillion times more awesome if YouTube and Skype were Game Boy Camera carts. Just sayin’.

This wood, metal, and glass sculpture by Duncan Shirah is probably what the handheld portal device would have looked like if Aperture Science was founded in the 1800’s.

Because, you know, they’re on fire. Man, I’m a clever dude sometimes. But this isn’t one of those times, so on with the post…
These are the toy customizing wizardry of Fuller Designs. The 4-inch Mario Mini Munny and 3-inch Toad Dunny were up for sale at Fuller’s online shop, but apparently there’s this ongoing trend where people like to spend money on awesome things, so they’re all sold out now.

Mexican custom toy artist Emmanuel Pérez del Río a.k.a. Avatar666 went for the noir-ish vibe of the Batman Black and White series and effing KILLED it. From the great sculpting work right down to the cloth utility belt, this is easily the greatest vinyl homage to the Dark Kight we’ve seen yet.
It’s common scientific knowledge that Maleficent is the greatest Disney villain of them all. To pay tribute, toy artist Leecifer made this homage to the Mistress of All Evil using a Fatima figure, some sculpting work, paint, and mad skills. I kind of really want one.
Fay Helfer whipped up this exquisitely classy Game of Thrones Risk set complete with an engraved wooden box, a wood-carved map of Westeros, and cloth pouches to hold the game pieces. The fact that the game pieces aren’t shown makes me think he just used the ones that come with an actual game of Risk, but I could be wrong. Even if I’m not, I wouldn’t knock the dude for it because this whole thing is just too absurdly awesome.
These bouquets by Hillary Coe made from old spray cans are the perfect bit of home decor for that special street artist in your life.
