I totally missed out on the first wave of the Samus Figma. Luckily I won’t have to pay $100 on eBay for one. Entertainment Earth has them up for pre-order, as well as the Skyward Sword Link figure. They both ship out in January.

Pre-order: Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword Link Figma Action Figure

Link From Skyward Sword Now In Figma Form!

It’s about damn time! Good Smile Company announced the Skyward Sword version of Link from the one and only Zelda series will be available this October for around $50. He comes with multiple facial expressions, the Master Sword, Hylian Shield, Figma stand, and a cool swooshy sword swipey effect thingamajig.

Clearly, this isn’t the type of thing you leave in the box in order to preserve its mint condition. No, these are meant to taken out of the box and posed to turn your boring old shelves into epic scenes of awesomeness.

This is the White Rock Shooter Figma that Good Smile showed off at their WonCon booth this year. It’s by far one of the greatest looking Figmas to date and the only way to get it is with the Black Rock Shooter PSP game coming to Japan later this year. Check out the always awesome Danny Choo for more.

DAVID CHOE x UPPER PLAYGROUND x GOOD SMILE COMPANY PRESENT “MUNKO”

Holy freaking crap! Leading brand in the art/designer toy/street fashion scene Upper Playground has joined forces with Japan’s Good Smile Company (the dudes who distribute Figmas!) to become the official distributors of David Choe’s Munko blindboxed figures.

This is like a Marvel x DC crossover. Shit’s bananas!

Munko comes in three different sculpts: Munko, Munkosaur, and Munkette.  Munko, comes in 3 colors and 2 textures,  Munkosaur comes in 3 colors with one in a concrete texture,  and Munkette comes in 3 colors, but no textures, but it’s okay because she has boobies and boobies are the only texture you need.

You can pick up a complete set of 12 for $120 or buy them individually blindboxed for $11 each.

Now we’ll just wait here patiently until Good Smile and Max Factory decide to work with some crazy artist from the designer toy scene to make a sick Figma.

Still waiting….
