As You Read This, Apple Is Hard At Work On The iWatch
In a further attempt to capitalize on the attention spans and disposable income of the human race, Apple is - according to tech consultant/former Apple employee Bruce Tagnozzini - working on a watch that “will fill a gaping hole in the Apple ecosystem.” He goes on to say “Like other breakthrough Apple products, its value will be underestimated at launch, then grow to have a profound impact on our lives and Apple’s fortunes”
Bloomburg reports that a team of 100 designers are currently developing the watch.
So, like, this better be some videochat watch shit and not just an Apple version of Nike’s FuelBand.
Also, if it does pretty much all the core stuff that we smartphones for, will we still need smartphones?
Pokémon TV App, Now Out and Free
The amount of Pokémon news that comes out every week honestly blows my mind.
Today saw the release of the official Pokémon TV app for iTunes and Google Play. Smartphone users can now download the video app to watch different episodes of the Pokémon animated television show. The app rotates 50 different episodes — get this — every single week.
The app is separated by region, which is really awesome, and every episode you can view is free to watch. The app will also be hosting full-length movies, starting with Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice from February 15-18. The app will also be debuting the animated short “Meloetta’s Moonlight Serenade" on February 15.
Enchiridion iPad Case
In the world of Adventure Time, the Enchiridion is a sacred handbook for heroes, filled with all kinds of useful info like how to harness the magical healing properties of cyclops tears and how to kiss princesses. It can also rip wormholes through the multiverse leading to the total annihilation of all existence, but that’s a whole other thing.

Super Hexagon is the trippy, hectic, sadisticly difficult yet hypnotically fun iOS app from Terry Cavanagh. It’s a puzzle game with a pretty simple premise: don’t get hit by stuff, but it gets real hard real quick. And don’t even get us started on the awesome chiptunes by Chipzel.
Peep the trailer below.
Super Hexagon is currently available in the App Store for 66% off (that’s just 99 cents, yo!) and you can play the flash version, Hexagon, for free right here. Terry also created the equally difficult platformer VVVVVV which is totally worth checking out.
'Street Fighter x Tekken' Mobile Heads To iOS This Summer.
Capcom just announced that you’ll be able to take SFxT on the go when it hits iOS devices this summer. So far the only characters announced are Ryu and Chun-Li from Street Fighter, and Kazuya and Nina from Tekken.
The game will be compatible with iOS 5 and higher for iPhone 4 and 4S, iPod touch (4th Gen or later), iPad 2 and the New iPad.
I think I’ll hold out for the Vita version for my on-the-go fighting game needs, thank you very much.
A Little Bit on the Rupture Side: Doktor A and Funky Peanut have collaborated to produce these awesome device protectors featuring the Rupture design. They come in 7”, 10”, and 15” flavors and can be shipped to the US for a reasonable price (they’re made and sold in the UK). Each of the three sizes is limited to 500 pieces.
Streets of Rage 2 For Free !
You read that right my peoples! One of the greatest, if not greatest beat’em ups Streets of Rage 2 for iOS is FREE for today. So get on them iPhones or iPads (if you don’t mind scaling) and download the hell out of this. Rock some headphones too and listen to my favorite video game soundtrack.
Katamari Amore Coming to iOS September 29th
I’m personally just stoked on the Pac-Man level. There’s 24 missions in all, multiple control methods, and planned DLC for the future. There’ll be even be a free Lite version, or you can score the whole game on your iPhone or iPad for just $3.99.
And did I mention there’s a freaking Pac-Man stage!?
Too much swag, I can’t handle it! These Space Invaders cases are available from Case Scenario and they’ll have your iPod Touch, iPhone 4, and iPad 2 looking fresh-to-death with a vengeance. They even have have MacBook Pro cases which I might pick up for myself in the unlikely event I ever have enough money for a MacBook Pro.

Big Big Cursor - Taking The Computer Cursor Off Screen And Into The The Real World
The Big Big Cursor comes in both Arrow and Pointer flavors for $12.99 and they’re even magnetic so you can stick ‘em to your iPad2 cover. These cursor styluses have scientific powers that let you use capacitive touch screen devices while eating chips… WITHOUT GETTING THE SCREEN GREASY! Don’t believe me? Check out this video of a cute Asian girl doing it. Also, I can’t wait to see how much search engine traffic I get from having a post with the phrase “Asian girl doing it” in it.
These are cool, but they would’ve been way cooler if they were all pixely.
