Make-A-Wish Will Turn San Francisco Into Gotham City So A 5-Year Old Can Be Batman For A Day
Miles is five years old and battling Leukemia. His wish is to be Batman, so on November 15, the Make-A-Wish Foundation is turning San Francisco in Gotham City and organizing a day of crime-fighting fun for the little guy, all leading up to a visit to the Mayor’s office where he’ll receive a key to the city for all of his hard work.

The day starts with a breaking news story. San Francisco’s Police Chief asks if anyone knows the whereabouts of Batkid because he needs his help solving crime and bringing the bad guys to justice. Our little Batkid, Miles, in training with adult Batman, is ready to answer the call! Of course Batkid will be riding around the City, saving the day and performing feats of derring-do!
After rescuing a damsel in distress from the Hyde St. cable car tracks in Nob Hill, and capturing the Puzzler in the act of robbing a downtown vault, Batkid will eat his lunch at the Burger Bar in San Francisco – directly above Union Square.  While at Burger Bar, he will get a special message from the Chief of Police to go to the window – where he will look down and see a huge group of volunteers jumping up and down asking for Batkid’s help.  Why?
Because the villainous Mr. P. will be kidnapping a famous San Francisco mascot!  The getaway car will be visible on Union Square (a convertible so that everyone can see what is happening), and the chase will be on!
After catching Mr. P., Batkid will make his final stop at City Hall, where the Mayor and the Police Chief of San Francisco will thank him and give him the key to the city.

Good luck, little dude!

Watch These Little Kids Do A Bad-Ass Punk Rendition Of Neil Diamond’s ‘Cherry Cherry’

Brother and sister duo Dante (11 years old) and Misia Vessio (15) do a killer cover the greatest Neil Diamond song of all time. They’re like a teensy, tiny, two-man Sex Ba-Bomb with a dash of Saving Silverman.

"Hot Cheetos And Takis" - The Greatest Rap Song By A Bunch Of Kids That You’ll Hear All Day

Here’s a track from Y.N. Rich Kids, a collective of tiny rapper who are all part of the Beats And Rhymes after school YMCA program in Minneapolis. The program lets kids record songs and videos like the one above as long as they keep their school work in check.

I love me some Flamin’ Hot Cheetos — in fact, I just killed a bag last night while catching up on Season 5 of Breaking Bad— but what the eff is a Taki?

A Little Bit On The DIY Jetpack Side: Moosie from Been There, Pinned That made this homemade jetpack for their toddler by spraypainting two 2-liter soda bottles silver and using some tissue paper for the flame. The child’s body was found at the edge of a cliff a few miles from his home. The memorial service will be held next Wednesday. Local authorities are considering a ban on fake jetpacks.
KIDDING!!! Okay, that was pretty terrible, but I’m not sorry.
On the real, though, this is pretty clever and I kind of want to make this for myself.

A Little Bit On The OMG CUTEST TOTORO COSPLAY EVER!!! Side: Cherie made this adorable Totoro costume for her daughter Yuki and I can’t get over the insane amount of cuteness right now. I showed this to my fiancee and she seriously suggested adopting an Asian baby for the sole sake of dressing it up in cute cosplay. Then I told her she was racist and called the wedding off. Just kidding, we’re totally banging as I’m typing thissl;ks;s;lgl;ss. 8==D~*

A Little Bit On The Beatboxing Side: Beatbox champ THePETEBOX does a live multitrack performance of MGMT’s “Kids” and it’s quite possibly the greatest cover of this song in the history of covers of this song.

In case you missed it, we previously featured THePETEBOX’s version of The Pixies’ “Where Is My Mind?” here.

This kid is living the dream and he’s too young to even realize it. I’ve never even owned a car that was a fraction as cool as this little human being’s stroller.

So, I have what I think is a pretty solid theory as to why there’s so many insane little kid skaters. See, they’re lighter, so they don’t have to fight against gravity as much. At this point in their young lives, the laws of physics are pretty much working in their favor.

Just wait until you gain about a hundred more pounds and a beer belly, little homies. Just you wait.

Amazing. This little kid recited Doctor Who’s epic “Pandorica” monologue for his kindergarten talent show. I hope he won or else there’s no justice left in this sad world.
