D-Arts’ Mega Man Ultimate Armor figure
D-Arts has some of the coolest toys ever created, and this one really showcases that to the fullest extent. Capcom revealed that this Mega Man X figure, equipped with ultimate armor, will come with swappable hands/mega buster, terrific articulation D-Arts is known for creating, and full fucking detail. Unfortunately, the company did not reveal how much this is going to cost and if it’s going to be sold outside of Japan.
Yes, Mega Man was on the Genesis
There’s been a Genesis-styled chiptune cover of some Mega Man music making the rounds on the Internet, which has been making people ask, “What if Mega Man was released on the Genesis?” Well, it was! Rockman: Mega World was released in late ‘94 for the Mega Drive in Japan and was released in ‘95 as Mega Man: The Wily Wars in Europe and Brazil.
The game was an upgraded compilation of the first three Mega Man games. It never received a physical release in the US, but was available on Sega Channel, the satellite service.
All versions of the game are collectible, going for at least $250. Don’t be fooled though. Any physical copy you see with Genesis branding is a reproduction and is worth about $40, not the three digit prices you’ll see on eBay.

Munny Monday Strikes Back!!!
Oldschool readers might remember our popular Munny Monday feature where we’d feature a new custom Kidrobot Munny figure each week and interview the artist who created it. It was awesome, but a bit time consuming and it was always tough relying on artists to get back to us with their interview answers.
With the ever-growing demand for us to feature more designer toy stuff on the site, Munny Monday has been reborn into a more bite-sized, easily digestible format that should be pleasing to your eyeballs and brain nodes. Each week we’ll be focusing on a different theme - this week’s theme: geeky stuff in general. Movies, games, comics, whatevs. Enjoy and let us know what you think in the comments!

Most Badass Mega Man Plush Ever
I’d turn down the chance to preform cunnilingus on Mila Kunis for a complete set of bosses in this style. Okay, maybe that’s a bit drastic, but still…
Cunnilingus… awesome word.
Mega Man Legends 3 Cancelled
Eek! The main reason behind many 3DS purchases has been rendered null and void by Capcom, who just announced that Mega Man Legends 3 and it’s prototype version have been killed off, according to Tiny Cartridge. Here’s what Capcom had to say:
“From the outset the MML3 Project was intended to give gamers across the world insight and input into the development process. Part of this process includes an assessment of whether the title will go into full production, and is based on a number of criteria with input from different sectors of the company.
Unfortunately it was not felt that the Mega Man Legends 3 Project met the required criteria, and it is with regret that we must announce that the Mega Man Legends 3 Project has been cancelled, meaning that Capcom will not be releasing the Prototype or the full game.”
Quick Japanese Lesson:
"6" - "Roku”
"9" - "Ku”
”Roku + Ku = Rokku" - "Rock”
June 9th = Rockman Day!
This is the first year in which Capcom officially recognizes the day fans have dedicated to the Blue Bomber. In fact, Capcom has released an official commemorative wallpaper which you can find here - and it’s pretty awesome if you ask me!
You can read more of the Rockman Day history here!

I caught this on Cartoon Network’s MAD last night. As a fan of both video games and America’s Next Top Model, I feel like this was made just for me.
What Is It They Say About a Fool and His Money?
You’ve got to love eBay, the magical land where things that don’t exist somehow exist. Take for example this Genesis copy of Mega Man: The Wily Wars. “But physical copies of that game only came out for the European and Japanese Mega Drive systems,” you say. Well, that fact hasn’t stopped 17 people (as of May 3) from bidding on the Genesis artifice.
