Rotobox are bringing the Shodo magic with their newest custom. Using the Celsius platform, they’ve recreated one of the best bad guys in all of videogames: Akuma from Street Fighter. The one-off project has custom fabricated hair and accessories, and the sparkly paint used for his gi is fiercer than a Raging Demon. Stay tuned for our interview with Rotobox.

Holy custom vinyl, Batman! Rotobox’s newest work is based on the design from the Dark Knight trilogy. The armor is sleek, especially the bat ears, and that metallic dark grey paint job is ridiculously sexy. You can pick up one of the three editions of the toy right here.

Rotobox have just released two new killer customs. The first is a Celsius version of Spider-Man 2099 which has an awesome metallic blue paint job and fierce arm stabbies. The second is another Qee version of Voltron. At first glance it’s pretty similar to Rotobox’s previous take on Voltron, but check it out and you’ll see some great new details, especially the logo on his lion belly.

Rotobox continue their stunning customization work with this tribute to Combattler Godaikin toy. True to the original, this Qee version combines five pieces to form the full robot. It’s a one-off and has already been sold, but you can still drool at all the photos here.
Albotip: The “V” in “Combattler V” is pronounced like the letter (as opposed to “five”) and stands for “Victory.”

Crap, Rotobox, stop making me want to buy things. The masters of customs continue their machinder tribute series with the Voltes V. The above is the prototype along with a colored mock-up. This one won’t be a one-off so you do have a chance of getting your own 9.5” Roto machinder.
Rotobox, the masters of toy customization, have sent out previews of their newest addition. This Guyver Munny is a one-off and seems to have already been sold. I never thought I’d use the words “cute” and “Guyver” in the same sentence, but…

KusoVinyl and Rotobox will be sharing booth #849 at Anime Expo 2012 where they’ll be releasing their Thundercrap box set based on Nakanari’s Spiki figure. Limited to just 300 sets, each box includes Evil Lion-oh Really, Cheatarah, and Siberian Tigrowl. Out of those 300 sets, 100 of them will contain the Goldigger Cheatarah variant.
Each 3-pack of 4-inch figures will only set you back $45. Not bad considering how limited and completely awesome they are.
Rotobox have just released the first of their Super Sentai custom toys. This one’s of Akai Ranger and is limited to three pieces. To quote a South Park episode, “Hey. That looks good. I want that.” But seriously, that thing is glossy. Email info@rotoboxvinylanatomica.com to buy one. The price is a mystery. A very expensive mystery, probably.
This Mazinger Z Qee customized by Rotobox is too cool for school. It’s coming oh-so-close to replacing their Voltron custom as my favorite Qee.
The Celsius custom is Juohmaru from Plawres Sanshiro, a manga from the ’80s about action figures that wrestled. These are actually still available. They’re $340 from Rotobox and are limited to three editions.
Check out Rotobox’s glossy mashup between Spider-Man and Iron Man. They took some artistic liberty with the Spider-Man emblem and it paid off - it looks awesome. This was a one-off project which has already been sold, but it’s still fun to look at.
