9 Deadly Killer Pussies Teaser
The Kickstarter anime project from ESC-Toy and Asahi Production is quickly approaching. Today Erick Scarecrow launched a teaser, showing off the design of the 9 Eyes Stone. This stone housed the powers of an evil cat character that nearly destroyed Japan. His powers were sealed away centuries ago, but are unearthed in modern day Japan, wreaking havoc on the country. Someone’s got to stop this jerkface cat, and it’s not going to be the Samurai Pizza Cats.

Exciting, eh? Here’s a quick commercial of the Attack on Titan 3DS game coming out in Japan in December. No official word on an American release yet, but Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind seems to be pushing some innovative ideas with its gameplay, featuring “3D Maneuver Gear.” We’ll see what that means soon enough.

This techno-thriller in space will astonish and scare the shit out of you. I’m really excited to watch Sandra Bullock and George Clooney deliver on October 4.
I love Robocop and I love the character Robocop. I love everything about its liberal fascist agenda and I love the insane amount of criticisms the original had. It’s so…80’s action.
So this reboot trailer is kind of a mix of feelings for me. It looks really cool, honestly, and the new look of Robocop is very sleek. It seems to have strayed away from a lot of the ridiculousness of his original death as well, giving more of a look inside of Alex Murphy’s family life. But hey, we get Samuel L. Jackson, Gary Oldman, and Michael Keaton, so I really don’t know what to expect with such an awesome cast. Expect this film to drop in the first quarter of 2014.
Amazing. Simply incredible.
Up to 15 other people online? Tennis? Golf? Rep? Robbing banks and liquor stores with other people? Yes. Yes please.
Let’s see, we see swords, a whole bunch of Loki, an Avengers reference, and tons of battle scenes. Looks like Thor: The Dark World is going to be epic as Marvel can possibly make it be. Thanks YouTube Geek Week!
Here’s the International trailer for 20th Century Fox’s upcoming film, The Wolverine. Hugh Jackman reprises his role at Wolverine and we get a glimpse of what’s to come on July 26. Hope it’s good — this trailer sent me mixed vibes. Cool to see Silver Samurai on screen though!
Studio Ghibli is undoubtedly one of the best anime studios of all time. Ghibli has put out some of the best animated films at a consistent rate. They are back with their follow up to last year’s well received Secret World of Arrietty. From Up On Poppy Hill is the story of a girl dealing with the loss of her father while the 1964 Tokyo Olympics’ construction crew threatens their school house.
Directed by Goro Miyazaki (Tales From Earthsea) and written by Hayao Miyazaki.

I like Tim Burton, but I don’t usually get too enthusiastic about his stuff. Frankenweenie looks pretty awesome though. It’s actually a remake of a movie he made in the ’80s. Disney ended up firing him because the movie was too weird for kids. It got shelved and wasn’t published until almost ten years later when it got a direct-to-video release. It’s also included on the DVD of Nightmare Before Christmas.
Fun fact: This movie’s been finished for over six months. Disney are just waiting to release it for some BS marketing reasons.
Cave’s latest shooter hit arcades on Friday and if you’re wondering what it looks like, check out the above video. The big question for me is if this will get a 360 port. On one hand, I doubt it because there is usually a three-year gap between a Cave arcade release and a console port. So this may get ported to a next-gen console. On the other hand, Cave have heavily supported the 360. And if the 360 can handle Dai-Fukkatsu without a problem, it should be able to propertly represent Saidaiohjou.
Bad news, Ghibli fans. The English-language version of Level-5’s and Studio Ghibli’s Ni no Kuni has been delayed until sometime next year. You can’t complain too much though. The fact that this game is even getting a localization is a miracle. And as a consolation, you get an awesome trailer.
After the disappointment of KoF XII, I’m trying pretty hard not to get my hopes up about XIII. Maybe it’s because I’m in a fever-induced daze, but this video is getting me all shweddy.
